We use FedEx to ship our products.
We can ship to any address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed.
RETURNS
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, then we aren’t happy either. We will make returning your purchase as simple as possible.
Please allow up to 2 business days for reply.
Please keep in mind: Each bag is uniquely handcrafted and the leather is hand dyed, no two bags are exactly alike and colors may vary slightly from what is pictured.
We offer a full credit for items that are shipped back undamaged, with original price tag attached within 10 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original condition. Anything returned after 10 days may be returned for a shop credit. Anything returned after 30 days is non-refundable.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receipt of your returned item, if not sooner. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, if you received the incorrect item or a defective/damaged item.
In the case of items damaged during shipment to you, please contact us immediately.
Please contact us if you need to return your item so we can obtain needed information and provide you with the return address.
We are not responsible for lost items that were shipped to Hide & Chic uninsured.
